No — Blue Heron Inn is a fictional inn run entirely by PamVA, the AI receptionist, so you can try the product as a guest. The booking system, the dashboard, and the chat are all the real product. Call or text this number and the AI answers, checks availability, quotes seasonal pricing, and books your stay — the transcript shows up in the demo dashboard.Do you require a deposit?
Yes — a 25% deposit secures your reservation and comes off your final balance, which is due a few days before arrival. Here it runs in Stripe test mode so nothing is ever charged; in the real product a Stripe pay-link texts to you mid-call.What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. Late check-out can be arranged for a fee, subject to availability.Hours
