No — Blue Heron Inn is a fictional inn run entirely by PamVA, the AI receptionist, so you can try the product as a guest. The booking system, the dashboard, and the chat are all the real product. Call or text this number and the AI answers, checks availability, quotes seasonal pricing, and books your stay — the transcript shows up in the demo dashboard.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes — a 25% deposit secures your reservation and comes off your final balance, which is due a few days before arrival. Here it runs in Stripe test mode so nothing is ever charged; in the real product a Stripe pay-link texts to you mid-call.

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. Late check-out can be arranged for a fee, subject to availability.

What is your cancellation policy?

It varies by room — some rooms are flexible with a small window, others need more notice before a penalty applies. I'll always read you the exact terms for your room before you book.

Can I see the owner side?

Yes — that's the point. Open the demo CRM Dashboard and you'll see your reservation on the calendar, the transcript, and the money tiles the way an innkeeper would.
