Is this a real practice?

No — Harbourview Counselling is a fictional practice run entirely by PamVA, the AI receptionist, so you can try the product as a prospective client. The booking system, the dashboard, and the chat are all the real product. Call or text this number and the AI answers, checks availability, and books your session — the transcript shows up in the demo dashboard.

Are sessions in person or online?

Whichever you prefer — you'll be asked to choose in-person or an online video session when you book. The free 15-minute consultation is a phone call.

Is this confidential?

Yes. Our messages never mention the nature of your visit — only your appointment time.

What if I'm in crisis?

If you are in immediate danger, call 911 right away. Otherwise, the 9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline (call or text 988) and the BC Mental Health Support Line (310-6789) are available any time. This line can connect you to a person, but it is not a crisis service on its own.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours' notice. A late cancellation may incur a 50% fee, though everyone gets one courtesy exception per year.

Can I see the practice side?

Yes — that's the point. Open the demo practice dashboard and you'll see your session on the calendar, the transcript, and the billing the way a practice owner would.
