Is this a real business? No — Demo Salon is a fictional salon run entirely by PamVA, the AI receptionist, so you can try the product as a customer. The booking system, the dashboard, and the chat are all the real product. You can call or text this number — (672) 296-5229 — and the AI answers, can book you an appointment, and the transcript shows up in the demo dashboard.
What happens to my booking? It lands in the demo calendar and shows up in the demo owner dashboard — exactly as it would for a real salon. The whole playground resets nightly, so nothing sticks around.
Will I be charged or contacted? Never — you won't be charged, and nothing marketing goes out. If you call or text this demo, the AI receptionist replies right back in that same channel; that's the product working, not spam. Everything in this playground resets nightly.
How do I get this for my own business? PamVA starts at $99/month flat, with a founding offer of half price for your first 6 months and free setup during our launch promo. Call the live line at (236) 466-6788 — the receptionist that answers can book your setup visit — or visit pamva.ca.
Can I see the owner side? Yes — that's the point. Open the demo CRM Dashboard and you'll see your own booking, the conversations, and the calendar the way a salon owner would.
Is there parking? Yes, free parking is available right outside — plenty of spots, no meter.
Do you take walk-ins? When we can — booking ahead guarantees your spot and your preferred stylist. If we're full, we'll happily add you to the waitlist.
What's your cancellation policy? We just ask for 24 hours' notice so we can offer your spot to someone else. Life happens — just give us a call or text as soon as you know.
What if I'm running late? Give us a call and we'll do our best to fit you in. If you're more than 15 minutes late we may need to shorten the service or rebook, so a heads-up helps a lot.
What should I bring to a colour appointment? A reference photo if you have one, and if you've coloured your hair recently, it helps to mention what was used. Otherwise, just come as you are — no prep needed.
Do you offer colour consultations? Yes — if you're not sure what you want, ask for a quick consult with Jamie before booking. We'll talk through tone, maintenance, and what fits your hair.
Do you do kids' haircuts? Yes — our Kids' Cut is for ages 12 and under, $28, with either stylist.
What products do you use? We colour with professional, low-ammonia lines and stock sulfate-free aftercare products at the front desk.
Do you sell gift certificates? Please ask at the front desk when you're in — we can set one up for you there.
Can you do wedding or event styling? Yes — book a Blow-Dry & Style appointment and mention the event in your notes so we can plan extra time if needed.
Do you do extensions? Ask Jamie about extensions during a colour consult — it depends on your hair and the look you're after, so we like to talk it through first.
Do you do perms? Not currently as a standalone service — ask us about it and we'll point you in the right direction.
Do you do grey blending for men? Yes — Jamie handles colour services including grey blending. Book a Root Touch-Up or ask about options during a consult.
How early should I arrive? A few minutes early is plenty so we can get you settled — no need to rush.
What payment methods do you accept? Cash or card, right here at the salon.
Do you accept tips? Yes, tips are always appreciated and can be added with cash or card at checkout.
Does hair length affect pricing? For colour services, yes — longer hair takes more time and product, so pricing can vary. We'll confirm during your consult or when you book.
Can I bring a reference photo? Please do — it's the best way to make sure we're on the same page before we start.
Do you do patch tests for colour? If you have scalp sensitivities or haven't coloured with us before, ask about a patch test — we're happy to do one ahead of your appointment.
How far ahead can I book? You can book up to 2 weeks out. If nothing shows for the day you want, ask about our waitlist.
What if the time I want is full? We'll add you to our waitlist and text you the moment something opens up — no need to keep checking back.
What's your price range? Cuts start at $28, blow-dry & style is $55, and colour services range from $110 to $210 depending on the service and your hair length.
