Pricing questions

Why flat pricing when everyone else meters minutes?

Because surprise bills are why small businesses quit these services. We built our own platform end-to-end, so our costs are low enough to price flat and mean it. The meter-and-overage model is a choice — we chose differently.

Aren't there cheaper virtual assistants?

There are cheaper tiers — check what they book. The $49 USD entry plans answer the phone and stop there; real appointment booking usually starts around $149 USD (over $200 CAD) plus per-minute overages. Our $99 CAD includes the booking engine, the CRM Dashboard, and no meter. Compare the price to book an appointment, not the price to answer a call.

What exactly is "fair use"?

Reception includes 750 answered minutes a month — roughly 250 calls, several times a typical small business's volume. Front Office and Pro include more. If you're consistently above it, that's a great problem, and we'll call you to move you to the right plan. Nothing is ever auto-billed.

Can I switch plans or cancel?

Anytime. Upgrades apply immediately; downgrades at your next billing date. Cancel and your number forwarding simply switches off — your data is exportable before you go.

Do card payments cost me extra?

Payments run through your own Stripe account, so Stripe's standard processing fees (2.9% + 30¢) go to Stripe, not us. We never mark up your payments.

What do I need to get started?

Your service list, your hours, and ten minutes to decide what your Virtual Assistant should be called. We handle the rest — number setup, forwarding, website, and test calls.

I'm already paying for an answering service or AI app. Is there a switcher deal?

Yes. Bring your last bill: migration is free and white-glove (we mirror your setup, change the forwarding with you, and manage the number port), and your first 6 months are half price. Your old service stays live until you've seen two weeks of your own numbers — see how switching works.
