A guest calls at 11pm
to book a room.
Your front desk is asleep.

Pam answers in one ring, any hour. She quotes what's available, takes the reservation, holds it with a deposit, and starts the guest-journey messages — confirmation, pre-arrival directions, checkout. She works beside the booking system you already run, or replaces it entirely for a direct-booking property. No booking fees. No commission.

The calls a small property drops

You can't run the inn and man the phone

You're turning a room, serving breakfast, or finally asleep — and the phone rings with a guest ready to book. A booking system with no one to answer the phone captures the guests who tap; it loses the ones who call. And the guest experience the big chains sell — pre-arrival directions, a check-in-day message, a checkout note — is a paid add-on at most property systems, or simply doesn't get sent.

Direct-booking and after-hours figures are industry estimates; your own numbers appear in your dashboard from day one. Competitor pricing as published July 2026.

Call → quote → reserve → guest journey

One loop, from the first ring to checkout

Most property systems stop at "here's the calendar." Pam runs the whole thing — the call, the quote, the deposit, and every guest message that used to be a paid add-on.

STEP 1 · CALL

She answers in one ring

Voice, SMS, or web chat — same brain. A guest asks what's open next weekend; Pam quotes your rooms and rates, and answers the questions guests always ask: parking, pets, breakfast, check-in time.

STEP 2 · QUOTE & RESERVE

Real availability, a real booking

She checks the room she's quoting is actually free for those nights, takes the reservation, and can modify or cancel an existing one the same way. No double-books — that's enforced at the database, not by hope.

STEP 3 · DEPOSIT

A card holds the room

For the nights you want protected, Pam texts a Stripe deposit link mid-call. The guest taps, pays, and the room is held. Cards are handled entirely by Stripe — they never touch our systems, and there's no booking fee on top.

STEP 4 · GUEST JOURNEY

Every message, sent for you

Confirmation on booking, directions and check-in details before arrival, an in-stay check-in, and a checkout note with a review request — the guest experience the chains charge extra for, included and automatic.

🛏 Beside your PMS, or instead of it: keep Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier, or your channel manager and let Pam answer the phone the guests still call — or, if you're a direct-booking property, let her be the whole front desk. [Screenshot placeholder: front-desk dashboard — the reservations calendar with a deposit-paid, phone-booked stay; the guest-journey timeline; the money row showing after-hours reservations and direct-booking revenue kept commission-free.]
Everything included

How it compares to the property systems

The booking platforms hide their pricing behind a calculator, then meter you on booking fees and guest-messaging add-ons. Here's the same front desk, priced flat and published:

Where Pam fits

The AI front desk that works beside your booking system — or replaces it

You don't have to rip out what you run. Pam adds the layer no property system has, and stays out of the way of the one you keep.

🔗

Beside your PMS

Running Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier, ThinkReservations, or a channel manager? Keep it. Pam answers the phone those systems never could, and pushes every reservation she takes back through webhooks so your calendar stays whole.

🏡

Instead of it, for direct-booking properties

If most of your business is direct and you keep only a listing or two, Pam can be the whole front desk — bookings, deposits, guest messages, and a direct-booking site with no OTA commission.

💳

No booking fees, no commission

The published price is the bill. No +1% of revenue, no $0.75 a booking, no cut of a direct guest. Deposits run entirely on your own Stripe account.

👁

Nothing hidden

Every call — booked, transferred, or messaged — lands in your dashboard with a full transcript. You can read exactly what Pam said to a guest, any time.

Okanagan built

Set up by a person, at your front desk

Every other front-desk service is sold from a website far away. I'm Okanagan-based — I'll set you up on a screen-share, or in person if you're between Armstrong and Kelowna, load your rooms, rates, and house rules, and you can watch Pam answer your own phone and take a test reservation before you pay a dollar.

FOUNDING STAYS — 10 SPOTS

50% off your entire first year

We're launching in the Okanagan and want ten properties to prove it with. Founding clients get half off their first year, free in-person setup, Front Office features at the Reception price, and a rate locked for life — in exchange for honest feedback and, if Pam earns one, a review.

The questions innkeepers ask

Straight answers, in plain English

I already run Cloudbeds (or Little Hotelier). Does this replace it?

Only if you want it to. Pam runs beside your property system and answers the calls it can't — she pushes every reservation she takes back to your other tools through webhooks, and syncs your calendar two-way so nothing books twice. If you're a mostly-direct property and only keep a listing or two, she can be the whole front desk instead, with no OTA commission.

Will she really take a reservation, not just a message?

Yes. She checks the room she's quoting is actually free for those nights, takes the booking, holds it with a deposit, and starts the confirmation and pre-arrival messages — all on the call. Call (672) 296-5229, book a fake stay, then open the demo dashboard and watch it land.

What about booking fees and commission?

There are none. The published price is the whole bill — no +1% of your revenue like Little Hotelier's Basics, no $0.75 a booking like eviivo, and no commission on a direct guest. Deposits run on your own Stripe account, so card numbers never touch our systems and you're never marked up.

Are the guest-journey messages really included?

They are — confirmation, pre-arrival directions, an in-stay check-in, and a checkout note with a review request. Most property systems sell that as a paid add-on module; on PamVA it's part of Front Office at $179.

How does $179 compare per room?

For a 10-room inn, $179/mo is about $18 a room — top of the standard band property systems quote, but with zero booking fees and the 24/7 phone answering none of them include. Bigger property, same flat price; the per-room number only gets better.

Really no surprise bills?

Really. One flat price, no per-minute meter, no per-booking fee, no contract. Reception has a generous fair-use level (750 answered minutes a month); if you ever outgrow it, we call you and sort out the right plan together. Your card is never auto-billed.
